Indofood CBP (ICBP.JK) Distributes IDR 2.5 Trillion as Dividend in 2022

English.investasimu.com. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (IDX: ICBP) announced that the Company would distribute cash dividends for the 2021 financial year of IDR 2.5 trillion. Thus, each shareholder will receive a cash dividend of IDR 215 per share.

The distribution of cash dividends has been approved by the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Friday (22/7). The schedule for the distribution of cash dividends, as quoted from the Disclosure of Information released by the Company, is as follows.

1. Cum Date for Cash Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: 1 August 2022.
2. Ex-Date for Cash Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: 2 August 2022.
3. Cum Date for Cash Dividend in the Cash Market : 3 August 2022.
4. Ex-Date for Cash Dividend in the Cash Market: 4 August 2022.
5. Recording Date Entitled to Cash Dividend: 3 August 2022.
6. Cash Dividend Payment: 23 August 2022.

On Tuesday (26/7), ICBP shares' price closed down 0.79% to IDR 9,375 per share. Based on that price, ICBP's dividend yield ratio is 2.29%.
