Darya-Varia Laboratoria (DVLA.JK) Will Distribute Interim Dividends of IDR43.68 Billion

English.investasimu.com. PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA.JK) announced that the Company will distribute interim dividends for the Book Year of 2021 with the total amount of IDR43.68 billion. Thus, each shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR39 per share

The interim dividend distribution is carried out based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners dated 21 October 2021 and the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 22 October 2021. The schedule for the distribution of interim dividends based on the information released by the Company is as follows.

1. Cum Interim Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: 2 November 2021
2. Ex Interim Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: November 3, 2021
3. Cum Dividend Interim in Cash Market: 4 November 2021
4. Ex Interim Dividend in Cash Market: 5 November 2021
5. Recording Date Entitled to Interim Dividend: 4 November 2021
6. Interim Dividend Payment: 15 November 2021.

For information, during the first half of 2021, the Company recorded a net income of IDR975.05 billion, growing 5.06% compared to the same period in the previous year which was IDR928.08 billion. However, the Company's net profit decreased 4.06% YoY from IDR188.96 billion to IDR133.3 billion.

In the session trade on Monday (10/25), DVLA shares closed at the level of IDR2,490 per share. Using this price, the interim dividend yield ratio of DVLA is 1.56%.
