Resource Alam Indonesia (KKGI.JK) will Distribute Interim Dividends of IDR93.86 Billion

English.investasimu.com. PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (IDX: KKGI) announced that the Company would distribute interim dividends of IDR93.86 billion. Thus, each shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR20 per share.

The distribution of interim dividends is carried out based on the approval of the Board of Commissioners on 25 October 2021, and the Decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 21 October 2021. The schedule for the distribution of interim dividends as quoted from the disclosure of information released by the Company is as follows.

1. Cum Dividend Interim in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: 4 November 2021
2. Ex Interim Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiated Market: 5 November 2021
3. Cum Dividend Interim in Cash Market: 8 November 2021
4. Ex Interim Dividend in Cash Market: 9 November 2021
5. Recording Date Entitled to Interim Dividend: 8 November 2021
6. Interim Dividend Payment: 22 November 2021.

Until the third quarter of 2021, the Company recorded revenue growth from USD57.13 million to USD80.14 million. The Company's net profit also increased to USD9.23 million compared to the same period in the previous year, which recorded a loss of USD7.51 million.

In the trading session on Wednesday (10/27), KKGI shares were traded at Rp322 per share. Using this price, KKGI's interim dividend yield ratio reached 6.21%.
